1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is considered defective if it has a manufacturing fault, damage during transit, or any flaw that significantly affects its function or appearance.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear will not be accepted.
Returns are only valid if requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at Urbanpressco@mail.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs showing the issue.
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and confirm if your return is approved.

3. Return Process

If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
Items must be returned in their original packaging (where applicable) and in an unworn, unwashed condition.
We will cover return shipping costs for defective items.

4. Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Send a replacement at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and products altered after purchase are not eligible for return unless defective.
